Position title
Quality Assurance Lead

The incumbent will be the immediate person to  assist and roll out strategies and procedures for manual and automation tests of products. The incumbent will also be the person to ensure the successful deployment of OxPay's products solutions.

  • Meeting with product/software designers to determine quality assurance parameters.
  • Serves as the lead to the QA team in designing QA test procedures
  • Drafting of test documents and its supervision
  • Implementation and overseeing of QA process
  • Head of troubleshooting quality issues and modification of test procedures
  • Conducting of analysis check on products specifications
  • Reviewing reports of the QA team
  • Deployment of product into the market making sure that the quality is maintained and successful
  • Attends to the quality needs and requests of design team and management
  • Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
  • Proven work experience in software quality assurance
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
  • Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
  • Hands-on experience with automated and manual testing tools
  • Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
  • Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus
  • Able work with some degree of understand common technology such as API, Postman, Python, HTML, Javascript
  • Ability to speak and write in English
  • Good understanding of key technology such as API, Postman, Python, HTML, Javascript, etc
