Position title
General Manager

The incumbent will play a pivotal role in the strategic planning,
development, and execution of initiatives of the company. The incumbent will work closely with the management team in Singapore. The incumbent will also be responsible for day-to-day operations, relationship management with merchants, partners and banks, and leading the company towards achieving short-term and long-term objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the management team, including the Sales Director, to formulate and execute strategic plans that drive growth, innovation, and market competitiveness.
  • Oversee the operational aspects of the payment gateway, ensuring seamless transaction processes, system reliability, and merchant satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary liaison between OxPay and its stakeholders, like regulators, acquirers, banks, merchants, and business partners.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to monitor the company's financial health, manage budgets, and ensure resources are allocated efficiently to support business priorities and growth initiatives.
  • Ensure all payment gateway operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Stay abreast of regulatory changes and lead the adaptation of operational practices to maintain compliance.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performance team. Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning. Ensure the team is equipped to meet the evolving demands of the payment gateway industry.
  • Keep abreast of the industry trends, competitor movements, and technological
    advancements to maintain OxPay's competitive edge.
  • Develop new business relationships for opportunities and growth for the company.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree or higher degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • Experience in the payment gateway, fintech, or related financial services industry, with a proven track record in a leadership position.
  • Strong understanding of payment gateway technologies, financial regulations, and digital payment trends.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team towards achieving business goals.
  • Interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships
  • Organizational skills with ability and willingness to work under pressure and manages time and priorities effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including English, and able to communicate clearly and concisely to audiences of varying levels of seniority
